The Total Rewards Specialist shall support the design and execution of the company’s Total Rewards strategy, programs, and processes. (Benchmarking, Compensation & Benefits Design).
Spearheads Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Monitoring, Pay review and Analysis, Analytics & Org. wide Compensation Review. Ensures 100% compliance of HR to the ISO, Data Privacy Act, and other internal and external audits.
