Technical Recruiters

The Recruiter is responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates. Established recruiting requirements by assessing organizational plan and objectives and conducting calibrations with hiring managers to discuss needs.

Job Description
  • Endorse candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations
  • Guide candidates thorough the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotiation
  • Coordinate interview and follow up activities
  • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment
  • Ensure pre-employment steps, including reference checks and background and medical examinations are completed in a timely fashion
  • Upload and Maintain accurate candidate data and status in the Recruitment Management System (RMS)
  • Handle basic concerns of clients and candidates
  • Conduct skill and competency based interviews for common, complex and rare roles.
  • Utilize the competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate skills and gaps of the candidates
  • Proactively communicate with client for simple process endorsements basic inquiries
  • Utilize standard recruitment tools such as the Recruitment Calculator and Pay Guide in negotiating with the potential recruits
  • Perform other work-related tasks assigned.
Job Qualifications/Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent

Related Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Placement Recruitment;
  • Strong background in Technical Hiring

Knowledge

  • Trained in Behavioral interviewing method
