Job Description:    

Solution Development and Delivery

  • Serves as a technical expert representative across teams, clients, and the IT industry.

  • Offers technical support across practices in service offering definition and positioning.

  • Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life.

Technical Effort Management

  • Promotes and coordinates technical knowledge build within the organization.

  • Identifies reusable code required for our code library and ensures the high quality creation of the code.

  • Mentors key technical staff

  • Tracks and identifies new opportunities to improve our methodology and training offerings.

  • Assists in strategic sales efforts from a technical perspective.

  • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.

  • Creates an environment where Innovators can successfully achieve professional career path goals.

  • Manages the development of technical managers and senior technical managers.

  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements: 

  • Education –  At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.

  • Related Work Experience – At least 8-10 years of working experience in Software Development by providing technical solutions such as system architecture, infrastructure design, and database structure.

    • At least 5 years of experience in software engineer roles such as web and mobile application development.

  • Knowledge –  In-depth knowledge  in the following:

    • Solid OOP, complex database concepts and software design knowledge.

    • Experience with different software development languages such as PHP, Java, Python, .NET and a willingness to learn new technologies if needed.

    • Experience in web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).

    • Experience in any integration protocols such as SMPP, EMIUCP, and HTTP.

    • Experiences using public or social media APIs like google API and others.

    • Experience in version control (e.g. SVN, GIT).

    • Excellent debugging and optimization skills Solid understanding of cloud Experience in AWS is a plus.

    • A solid understanding of cloud technologies.

    • Experience with various cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

    • Excellent understanding with DevOps and has experience with DevOps

    • Experience with cybersecurity best practices and implementation
