The Technical Designer is responsible for finding and designing the best technical solution to support an end-to-end Digital Experience & Ecosystem. Ensures reusability, flexibility, and fast scalability of solutions to support faster time to market.

Job Description
- Establish a sustainable engagement model for Test & Learn with external tech enablers.
- Enables Capabilities to perform Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Develops best practices, standards, and guidelines for solution architecture, design & development to ensure quality in delivery.
- Other job related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
- Related Work Experience - Experience in DevOps, Lean/Agile development methodologies
- More than 5 year experience on IT and Telco industry
- At least 3 year experience in implementing Web/Mobile App Projects
- At least 3 year experience in coordinating and managing vendors
- Knowledge – knowledgeable in the following:
- Web and Mobile Application Development Technologies
- Cloud Technology and Services
- Project Management
- Telco and background processes
- Unix, Linux, and Shell Scripting
- Database and SQLs
- Skills:
- Must have above-average communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must have sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making.Must have the ability to lead a small team and/or project
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and with a cross-functional team.
- Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
