System Analysts

The Systems Analyst is responsible for detailing high-level solutions for the Solution Plan (SP) in coordination with the Solutions Designer.

Job Description
  • Defines the detailed work package needed for the assigned system and application.
  • Coordinates with the Product Designers to clarify the user requirements for the project
  • Converts the user requirements to system requirement specification (SRS) that will serve as input for the development effort.
  • Coordinates and triggers the development work with the vendor.
  • Reviews and validates the DFS with the Solution Designer. 
  • Ensures development is aligned with the planned solution design.
  • Endorses the DFS for approval to the Domain Lead or Unit Head.
  • Works with System Administrator and Database Administrator to set up the environment both in testing and in production.
  • Performs unit/sanity testing to validate deployment and readiness of the system for testing.
  • Provides support and attend to defect resolution during testing.
  • Works with Operations Support to do the necessary handover to production.
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education –     At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or any related course.
  • Related Work Experience – At least 2 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in handling associate software, Linux, shell scripting, and SQL
    • .Involvement in projects from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance is a plus.

    • Associate software, Linux, shell scripting, and SQL
  • Skills:
    • Must have the ability to communicate effectively both written and oral 
    • Must have above-average requirements analysis skills. 
    • Must have above-average communication skills.
    • Must have the ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
    • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision and able to guide new team members.
    • Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs and Project Schedules.
