Database Productivity Utilization
- Ensure talent pool availability (active, existing, passive, and potential) to support recruitment operations as needed
- Streamline profiles and leads movement within Yondu’s RMS:
- Inward – acknowledge, modify, upload, and activate all profiles coming into the platform based on usage policy and guidelines
- Outward – update, monitor, track, and align all profiles coming out with users/recruiters to maintain data accuracy based on usage policy and guidelines
- Sideward – prepare, cover, generate, and lead all reports generation as requested from the database based on usage policy and guidelines
- Coordinate with all ATS creators and/or users about changes and updates on interface and experience
Database Analytics and Compliance
- Create, maintain and audit ATS platform playbook, policies and guidelines.
- Playbook – document the covers end-to-end usage guidelines and reminders of the platform for everyone’s reference; quality management system
- Report Generation – setup process on data management and report generation dependent on the need and/or purpose
- ATS Dashboard – system to serve as demographics and analytics of database for understanding and recommendation
- Audit and Compliance – process to follow by ALL users
- Accountable for real time and as-needed update of data pool analytics; from identification of capability to function/skills demographics; from sales data presentation, recruitment readiness to company profiling
- Establish database matrices for implementation across all platform users

- Audit recruitment members and serve as check-and-balance for endorsements and hires data
- Examine and recommend recruitment reports, policies, projects and guidelines based on database demographics
Sourcing and Database Management Support
- Lead sourcing-recruitment support for TAG units and/or Yondu-wide events
- hiring drives and database generation
- Sourcing programs company-wide to hype requirements, process improvements, policies, etc.
- external events with vendors, partners, sponsors, clients, and/or academe affairs
- Head internal and external projects assigned to TAG and/or Sourcing
- Provide sourcing support re: demographics, report generation, data mining/culling, strategies, recommendations as needed
- Collaborate with Marketing for Recruitment Marketing creation
