Rollout Manager

The Rollout Manager is responsible for project planning such as but not limited to schedule development, acceptance criteria definition.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Manages and monitors project including but not limited to: issue tracking, risk management & mitigation, stakeholder management Project delivery including that of test acceptance, documentation delivery, hand-over to production and operations Developing & maintaining concise and consistent communication & reporting process throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Drives continuous improvement in project delivery, process improvement, team capability, processes. 

  • Provides support to the groups’ special projects like process enhancements, template development, team activities.  

  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 

  • Education –  At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.

  • Related Work Experience – At least 5 years of end-to-end project management. 

    • Experience in the Telco environment is a plus. 

    • Experience with tracking tools.

  • Knowledge –  In-depth knowledge  in the following:

    • Project Management and Development

    • Telecommunication principles, standards, and technologies

  • Skills:

    • Must have the ability to assess and review emerging technologies.

    • Must have good leadership skills, risk management, client interfacing, and decision-making skills.

    • Must have sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making. 

    • Must have excellent scoping and estimation skills.

    • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and with a cross-functional team.

    • Ability to lead a small team and/or project.

    • Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment.
