The Program Manager is responsible for proving support to the Program Director in managing coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

Plan the program
Manages the delivery of the overall program and its activities following the objectives and the goals of the organization.
Develops new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Develops and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
Manages and develops an annual budget and operating plan to support the program.
Provides input in creating a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.
Manages funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of services.
Organize the program
Manages the program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.
Manages program activities to comply with all relevant professional standards.
Develops forms and records to document program activities.
Staff the program
In consultation with the CTO, recruit, interview, and select well-qualified program team members.
Manages the implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and practices of the organizations
Manages the implementation of the performance management process for all program team members.
Lead the program
Ensures all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training following organizational standards.
Manages program team members by providing direction, input, and feedback.
Communicates with clients and other stakeholders to gain support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program.
Liaises with other managers to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.
Coordinates the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Control the program
Prepares reports on the program for management and program sponsors.
Communicates with program sponsors as needed.
Ensures that the program operates within the approved budget.
Monitors and approves all budgeted program expenditures.
Identify and evaluates the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks
Monitors the program activities regularly and conducts an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework.
Reports evaluation findings to the CTO and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate.
Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course. PMP Certification is preferred.
Related Work Experience – At least 8-10 years of experience n network-related services.
At least 2-5 years of solid experience in Project Management
At least 1-3 years of experience in Program Management.
At least 2-5 years of experience in handling Application Development projects.
