Product Owners

The Product Owner is responsible for representing the interests of the customer for the development team as well as
the tactical role responsible for the success of the company’s product & services. Manages the Product roadmap,
strategy, and development. The Product Owner matches and prioritizes the features and functionality of the product
to obtain maximum performance for the benefit of the end-user.

Job Description
  • Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
  • Schedule and lead meetings to identify product issues, determine roadmaps for products, and manage daily
    goals and schedules to achieve high performance and meet project deadlines.
  • Supports the delivery team/development team to understand the vision and the requirements.
  • Defines product features according to customer needs.
  • Assists the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
  • Keeps customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
  • Follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
  • Analyze preferences and requests of end-users.
  • Refine the agile methodology based on results and client feedback.
  • Researches and analyzes the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
  • Delivers product development activities.
  • Overall ownership of the platforms assigned including features, roadmap, capability pipeline, and so forth.
  • Ensures on-time and efficient delivery of product roadmap.
  • Collaborates with product managers and core development team to orchestrate product delivery activities.
  • Analyzes feature requirements of product managers to build platform roadmap, with focus on capability
    development and re-use
  • Identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education – At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, IT, Computer Science, or any similar
  • Related Work Experience – At least two years of experience in traditional and digital marketing, events
    management, community management, social media marketing, and public relations
  • Knowledge – Knowledgeable in Marketing / Product Marketing / Digital Marketing

    • Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs
    • Must have strong communication and writing skills in English and Filipino
