Product Marketing Officer

The Product Marketing Lead identifies and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of Yondu Core Solutions. He/she responds to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment by developing and implementing appropriate tactical strategies, campaigns, and other relevant projects to meet target metrics assigned by the Marketing Manager. This person executes online and offline plans for advertising, branding, lead generation, and public relations. As product marketing lead he/she makes sure that the non-core products are on track by supervising the marketing officers who handle the specific solution.

  • Spearhead product marketing pillar of marketing by ensuring that all BAUs, seasonal and ad-hoc campaigns are well-managed and delivering the set metrics.
  • Take the lead in market testing (e.g., product features, pricing, prototypes). Analyzes results and provides insights and recommendations for Yondu IT Core Services.
  • Establish marketing goals that increase the share of target markets and, as a result, drive revenue and profitability of Yondu IT Core Services.
  • Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content team. Assist in the creation of SEO, content, and design strategies. Handle partnership with digital agencies.
  • Execute and monitor the product’s marketing campaigns and play a key part in communicating the product’s marketing message.
  • Actively takes part in the conception of lead generation campaigns to planning and production, down to implementation and post evaluation, and when needed, follow-throughs; Participates in the development and optimization of our digital strategy.
  • Keep track of the performance of digital ad campaigns and report on performance metrics on a consistent basis and proactively recommend adjustments on channels including but not limited to search, social, email, display, and affiliate.
  • Plans and executes marketing events as agreed within budget and timescales, supervises the production of marketing materials, writes and/or proofreads copy, and liaises with designers, printers, and content marketers.


  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Related Experience – At least 5-year experience in traditional and digital marketing, event management, community management, social media marketing, and public relations; A dual minded approach: highly creative but can also be process and data-driven to make decisions; has experience in people management.
  • Skills – Proficiency in the following: SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook Ads, Social Media Tracking Tools, Content Management Tools (website, SMS, EDM, etc.), CPC, CPM, UTM tags, Google Drive Apps
  • Soft Skills: Strong social skills, the pulse of the street, in-the-know, upbeat with trends, and technology savvy, plugged in lifestyle, has a strong sense of accountability, excellent communication skills, mature, driven and committed to delivering results, self-starter and proactive.
