The PMO Service Manager identifies clients’ needs and oversees the delivery of services. Establishes processes that will provide excellent and quality customer service. Maintains good customer relationships and improves services to maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Description
  • Serves as the main point of contact for all projects under O&M (Operate and Maintain).
  • Manages budget allocations and resource utilization for all O&M projects.
  • Oversees service delivery.
  • Leads and manages the delivery team.
  • Establish and enhance delivery processes.
  • Develops partnerships and liaise with other teams.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and identify customer needs.
  • Manages customer expectations.
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education –    Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Related Work Experience -  3+ years of service delivery or project management related experience. Experience in managing web and Mobile projects. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in dealing with multicultural stakeholders. Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Knowledge –   Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Skills –   
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.  
    • Meticulous attention to detail. 
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
