Partner Manager

The Partner Manager is responsible for nurturing successful referral producing relationships with partners, while also forming relationships with new partners through prospecting. Leads internal programs, implement process improvements, and is the face to partners while also managing the partner programs.

  • Responsible for managing a unified program for onboarding, enabling, supporting, and governing our growing partner ecosystem.

  • Manage the relationship of new and existing vendor/partners, acting as the primary point person between the affiliate and Yondu

  • Develop business plans, partnership strategy, and execution plan

  • Conceptualize, design, and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies and activities with partners globally to secure SQLs.

  • Assist in identifying and securing new technology partners

  • Work closely with the Product Director to align sales & marketing functions to capture business opportunities

  • Lead and coordinate with the Sales team through Partner Product Training

  • Present vendor marketing programs and objectives to the sales force

  • Obtain vendor funding for marketing events and programs

  • Identify in-demand products within an assigned product line and develop effective marketing to build awareness and sales volume

  • Oversees contract administration for all partners and overall budget/funding management.


  • Education –  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines

  • Related Experience – Minimum 2 years of solid experience in Partner/Relationship Management

  • Experience with working with channel partners

  • Proven track record in effectively executing various global/domestic marketing campaigns

  • Preferably have marketed B2B SaaS products

  • Skills – Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office
