Marketing Specialist - Lead Acquisition

The Marketing Specialist will focus on PERFORMANCE MARKETING with the goal of LEAD ACQUISITION handling products with MSME target market. This role is responsible to acquire, nurture, and retain qualified leads from top to the bottom-funnel at the right costs through effective marketing activities and channels.

  • Use of different channels efficiently for lead acquisition from top to bottom-funnel covering but not limited to search, social media, email, website, networking events, cold calling, ads, and partnerships.
  • Create long term strategies and campaign plans, digital media planning, develop media & content plans.
  • Set up campaigns, launch, and measure. Build and run A/B tests across landing pages and ads with constant and immediate optimization. (Agile marketing)
  • Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset • Monitor and analyze customer acquisition funnel to identify weaknesses and opportunities, refining and delivering ongoing improvements to conversion.
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance • Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
  • Nurture leads by developing and maintaining a strong relationship in every step of the funnel. Lead nurturing tactics covering but not limited to online community management, tactical marketing campaigns, focus group discussions, account management.
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine the prospect’s pain points. Effectively communicate and present the solutions and value proposition to the prospect. • Measure all marketing activities and work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.
  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years digital marketing experience focusing on performance marketing and data analytics with the goal of acquiring, nurturing, and retaining leads.
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative but can also be process-oriented and data-driven to make decisions
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Technical skills: SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook Ads, Social Media Tracking Tools, Content Management Tools (website, SMS, EDM, etc.), CPC, CPM, UTM tags, Google Drive Apps
  • Result oriented and great at multitasking.
