IT Trainer


Location: YONDU HQ

Status: Urgent

# of Positions Available: 2


  • Conducts End User Training, Admin Training, and knowledge transfer to customers for every project completed.

  • Conducts Business Transformation/Change Management for Google Workspace (GWS) and Microsoft 365 (M365) customers.

  • Collaborates with PreSales and Solutions Architects during opportunity scoping for solution whiteboarding/planning workshop, and man-hour/day estimating.

  • Prepares Technical Implementation Plan (TIP), with low-level design (LLD) document as part of project implementation sign-off prerequisites.

  • Works closely with Project Manager, partners/vendors to ensure successful project implementation on time, on scope, and budget.

  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.


  • Education –   Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • Related Work Experience -  At least 1 year of technical and enterprise experience

  • [optional] Google Cloud Google Workspace / G Suite Certified

  • [optional] Certified Microsoft Adoption Specialist.

  • Knowledge – knowledgeable in the following:  

  • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.

  • Knowledgeable and with hands-on experience on different business applications like Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other productivity applications.

  • Skills:

  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledgeable of the different Change Management frameworks.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
