Insight & Report Analysts

The Insights & Reports Analyst leads and integrates the output of the Squad Insights & Reports Analysts ensuring production of quality reports, accuracy and actionability of holistic customer-centric insights, accuracy and executability of  models.

Job Description
  • Defines squad data needs and assists the Squad Lead in driving delivery.
  • Liaises with external teams to identify and extract data required for generating campaign and/or rewards and/or loans insights.
  • Creates whitelists and other data-driven requests to support the squad’s deliverables, if necessary.
  • Define the Squad Dashboard and reporting needs.
  • Regular maintenance and delivery of simple-moderate complexity Dashboard and report modifications, which endorse high complexity to train lead - for CDA-Data Viz team delivery.
  • Ensures timeliness and accuracy of squad dashboards & reports.
  • Improves the accuracy of forecasting models and the outlook of squad KPIs.
  • Collaborates with the squad lead to define the right business questions that can be answered with data and insights.
  • Develops the squad’s insighting framework (data requirements covering internal, external, qualitative and quantitative, methodology / approach, and target date) to answer the pertinent business questions.
  • Creates and continuously updates robust portraits of squad-level target consumer segments based on insights, behaviors and sentiments (ex. MDS Lapser Profile, Loans Taker Profile, Rewards Redeemer Profile)
  • Assists the campaign designer and business analyst in testing campaign hypotheses.
  • Assists campaign designer and business analyst with output of statistical models and its usage.
  • Provides rewards squad level- insights covering Customer profiling, Campaign post mortems, Portfolio deep dives, CTR computations, Rewards app engagement.
  • Drives and Define Squad-specific  Modeling Requirements.
  • Delivers models if squad has capability / capacity, endorse to Train lead model requirements that are beyond the squad’s capability & capacity.
  • Delivers squad modeling needs (ie. rewards segmentation, price elasticity); Collaborate with CDA (w/ FV Tribe MS) on higher level models such as Prescriptive Analytics / Rewards Recommender System / AI and maintenance/monitoring of existing rewards models (ie Rewards segmentation).
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
     
Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education –  At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)/Information Technology/Management Information System or any related course.
  • Related Work Experience -  At least 3-5 years of working experience in Data Insighting, Data Visualizations and Reporting
  • Knowledge – Squad Level performance & monitoring reports / dashboard maintenance & delivery of simple-moderate builds (CRM, Rewards, Loans).
    • Campaign post mortem & cohort analyses
    • Business / Product Performance Deep Dives & Portfolio Analyses
  • Skills – Must have good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with internal and external teams.
    • Must have the ability to work independently.
    • Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
