Demand Managers
The Demand Manager will be part of the EDO Domain Delivery team, where he/she delivers required output that supports the organization's strategic and operational goals, in the areas of resourcing/staffing, finance and portfolio management.

Job Description
- Consolidates, analyzes and reports on a monthly basis the EDO Domain Delivery Portfolioperformance (cost, quality, schedule).
- Provide reports and trackers to Solutions Designer Lead so she can facilitate demand andresource prioritization in view of changes in the planned portfolio roadmap.
- Creation and Maintenance of the following documents:
- Create templates for capacity plans and utilization trackers as needed.
- Consolidated Capacity Plans and Utilization tracker of EDO Squads
- EDO-Domain Delivery Calendar (baseline, revised and actual delivery timelines)
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business operations, demand and resource management, and project management
- Ideal skills include the ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders,outstanding interpersonal skills, and success in managing priorities across a number of internal stakeholders and projects.
- Should be a team player, outcome-driven, process-oriented, can adjust quickly to situations
- Nice to have: Experience in Information Technology, Data and Analytics, Telco industry experience
Level of Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree minimum requirement in Business, Accounting, or related field
- No license required, but preferably PMP-certified
