The Content Marketing Specialist takes the lead on researching, planning, creating and curating, publishing, measuring, and strategizing and optimizing the company’s/brand’s/platform’s content.

Job Description
  • Spearheads content creation covering but not limited to newsletters, blogs, articles, video, infographics, presentations, interviews, testimonials, case study, whitepapers, website content, landing pages, SEO, webinar, and social campaigns.
  • Develops an editorial calendar to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. 
  • Shares content through various channels covering but not limited to website, email, social networking sites, and online communities to ensure a strong web presence.
  • Ensures content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice, and quality
  • Grow our web traffic through content by utilizing the planted SEO keywords
  • Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that are aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Tracks and measures content performance on a regular and ongoing basis, considering SEO and analytics then optimize the content strategy as needed
  • Develops and track email campaigns to ultimately increase our business' email marketing success. 
  • Channel management of digital content hubs, receive and manage customer feedback and inquiries to increase customer engagement
  • Join, management and engage in new channels covering but not limited to online communities and forums related to company products and services following our target market
  • Collaborate with different internal stakeholders and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both stakeholders and audiences
  • Responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities.
  • Leads the content creation of the company and offline marketing collaterals, as needed.
  • Other job-related activities may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education –  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field
  • Related Experience – At least 2-year experience as a content writer in a digital setting only; At least 1-year experience as a SEO writer; Experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics, and the top social channels; Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
  • Knowledge –  Has thorough knowledge of various online objectives and initiatives (e.g. link building, SEO, keyword utilization, web traffic, content syndication); Knowledge in the latest design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva is a plus.
  • Skills – Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software.
  • Soft Skills: Social skills, a pulse of the street, in-the-know, upbeat with trends and technology savvy, plugged in lifestyle, has a strong sense of accountability, excellent communication skills, mature,  driven, and committed to delivering results, self-starter and proactive.
