Job Description
  • End to end ownership over the customer pipeline, preparation of customer bid responses and proposals
  • Create, manage, and enhance bid management process
  • Act as focal for the bid team (technical and service architects, business development, vendors, product manager, etc.) in orchestrating bid responses
  • Maintain price books for servcies and ensure these price books are regularly updated
  • Work with product manager, business development, sales in devising bidding and pricing strategies
  • Track and synthesize competitor responses and actions from customer bidding activities
Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • At least 10 years of Bid Management, Sales Support, Pre-Sales Management, or other related experience in B2B IT service businesses such as IT Service Providers or System Integrators
