End to end ownership over the customer pipeline, preparation of customer bid responses and proposals
Create, manage, and enhance bid management process
Act as focal for the bid team (technical and service architects, business development, vendors, product manager, etc.) in orchestrating bid responses
Maintain price books for servcies and ensure these price books are regularly updated
Work with product manager, business development, sales in devising bidding and pricing strategies
Track and synthesize competitor responses and actions from customer bidding activities
Job Qualifications/Requirements
At least 10 years of Bid Management, Sales Support, Pre-Sales Management, or other related experience in B2B IT service businesses such as IT Service Providers or System Integrators
