Manages and coordinates continuous improvement projects
Create and implement projects with a data driven focus
Proposes and implements automation procjects for fault detection, fault management, reporting and escalation, system or service testing, provisioning, and other day to day operational activities
Leads process improvement projects with focus on ITIL, ISMS, and DevOps as standards
Lead and reviews the conduct of customer surveys and lead in devising improvement opportunities based on such customer feedback
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring accurate improvement documentation and process work instructions for operations
Job Qualifications/Requirements
At least 10 years experience in a medium to large sized enterprise environment with 5+ years of experience in process design
5+ years of experience with scripting and other automation tools.
Demonstrated understanding of the principles and applications associated with IT operations is a must for this role.
