API Developer
Conforms to the Soluons Delivery efforts, such as implemenng all business API development efforts, including but not limited to planning and design, business requirements gathering and interpreng, scope management, project management, code development and support. The primary responsibility is to design, develop, and support the bank's business system. Under direct supervision, design, develop, and implement medium-complexity business processes using the Bank’s API development technologies and plaorm . Typically work with a team on one or more complex engagements. Collaborates with the members of the Soluons Delivery Team that builds APIs using the latest technology stacks aligned in the Agile framework/principles and philosophies.

A. Manage Efficient Processes Responsible for providing innovave business-enabling API soluons to various businesses and/or processing units in the bank through:
● Analyze, design, develop, and implement RESTful API services
● Implement APIs based on the architecture/guidelines
● Provide realisc/precise task esmates in order to deliver requested API services
● Ensure that API developed are unit tested thoroughly and met the specificaons before they are promoted to uat and producon
● Provide support to any reported API errors/issues
● Create the required documentaon regarding the developed API Services
● Provide feedback to management on any actual and/or possible areas of concern Obey policies and conform to pracces, procedures and work rules promulgated by the unit and the bank as a whole
● Accomplish tasks that may be assigned by immediate lead from me to me
● Follows Scrum methodologies and ulizes Agile pracces, principles, and framework
● Ulizes IT development resources in an effecve and efficient manner, including but not limited to on premises and cloud-based technologies
● Designs simple to complex APIs that require in depth knowledge of an organizaon operang procedures and informaon technology capability. Coordinates services between the IT area and other user departments
● With minimal supervision, ensures adherence to established schedules in accordance to the IT policies
● Interacts with the developers to keep track of the system development
● Coordinates with external pares for issues encountered in the API plaorm and transacons
● Aends cross-training programs and provides re-echoing sessions, if needed, as assigned by the department head and the bank
● Submits required reports in a mely manner and communicates any deviaons or dependencies to the immediate head or IT head for proper acons
B. Delivery of Quality Service
● Ensures connuing operaonal quality by documenng applicaon problems and communicang it to stakeholders
● Complies with the Service Level Agreements and Operaonal Level Agreements signed between/among IT Group and other bank units for assigned processes in order to prevent complaints from customers and process partners.
● Implements and executes API development and SD strategies and plans to ensure IT requirement deliveries meet business requirements and stringent process criteria. c. Comply with IT Policies, Standards and Manuals
● Ensures compliance and implementaon to ISMS by following the procedures and standards and reporng breach of informaon security including provision of details for correcve acons.
● Complies with the regulaons and policies established by the audit guidelines by achieving a low risk rang audit findings.
● Performs all other tasks and responsibilies as may be assigned
