Account Managers

 

The Account Manager serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Location: YONDU HQ

Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Generate and nurture new leads and pitch our products and services 
  • Manage end to end sales cycle from  identifying new business opportunities to closing the deals and managing the accounts
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and  customer stakeholders 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicates  the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develops new business with existing  and new clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepares reports on account status
  • Collaborates with sales team to identify and grow opportunities 
  • Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education –  At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or any related course.
  • Related Work Experience – At least 2-5 years of experience in the same field.
    • Experience in working with senior management both internal and external
    • Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
    • Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
    • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads and account management
    • Should have experience in issues management and resolution
    • Should have experience in developing effective sales strategies based on market research
  • Knowledge –  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Skills:
    • Must have  good written and verbal communication skills
    • Must have initiative and creativity to understand, anticipate, and meet users’ requirements for website content.
    • Must have the ability to collaborate and build rapport with others.
    • Must have the ability to solve practical problems.
    • Should have an excellent sense of business acumen
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
