Corporate town halls allow business executives and employees to have an open dialogue in the modern workplace. During these meetings, business leaders usually share important updates on the company’s initiatives, milestones, and direction. Employees, meantime, are allowed to ask questions and engage with their leaders.
This month, Yondu held its company-wide town hall entitled, “The Plenary” to further beef up the company’s transparency efforts. The town hall took place at the Radiate Hall of The Globe Tower on September 11, 2019. Present during the event were Yondu’s business leaders, employees, and some guests.
Vice President for Enterprise Solutions, Mon Hirang and Vice President for Human Resources, Jun Santiago, kicked off the town hall. After some opening remarks, both Mancom executives shared their experiences and life at Yondu.

Joan emphasized the valuable contribution of the employees in the victories Yondu is reaping today.
