Additionally, events are great platforms to share our knowledge and expertise in IT, as well as support the continuous growth of the IT industry in the country – that’s why we decided to support the back-to-back DevCon Summit 2018 in Davao and Cebu!
DevCon, or Developers Connect Philippines, is a “non-profit organization which aims to promote the ‘IT Pinoy Talent’ mainly by providing a unique venue for IT students, educators, professionals and enthusiasts to Sync, Support and Succeed.” DevCon prides itself in its efforts to provide collaborative growth and global competence of Filipino developers both in the academe and the industry.
And as the leading IT solutions company in the Philippines and a dedicated company that believes in the potential of the Philippines in becoming one of the top countries for the IT industry, Yondu supported these efforts by partnering with DevCon as a sponsor for its Davao and Cebu leg!
The two phases of the DevCon Summit discussed various things – from blockchain, DevOps, UI/UX, data privacy, and even API (Apsplication Programming Interface). Additionally, this is the first National Summit of DevCon that was held in Davao and Cebu – a huge milestone for the organization!
